.strandberg's lightweight padded Standard Gig bag is heavily padded for protection, and compact enough to fit into the overhead bin of most airlines. The front pocket fits a 15″ laptop or their collapsible guitar stand. The material is waterproof and zippers are splash protected.
Simply put the gig bag inside the SKB case (available separately) for the flight, and then leave the case at the hotel while carrying the guitar in the gig bag to the gig.
The weight of the Standard Gig Bag is 1.4 kg (3 lbs).
This bag is currently supplied with all guitars in the Standard product line, while the Boden DR and all NX guitars ship with the new Venture Gig-bag. In case you want to upgrade or replace your older gig bag, we’re sure that this one will not disappoint.
