bmusic is not a faceless online store, we operate a shopfront premises in Gawler, South Australia, north of Adelaide. Whilst online stores with no shopfront may claim to be saving costs and passing them on to consumers, in reality there are very few distributors of well known brands in Australia who will supply stores with no physical shopfront. This means that many online only stores must access most, if not all, of their product through unofficial distributors or distributors in other countries. Both of these types of distribution rarely provide the end user with any official manufacturer's warranty in Australia.
