The Boss TW-1 T Wah (Touch Wah) is a classic vintage analog envelope filter pedal produced by Boss from 1978 to 1987, and it is widely celebrated for its touch-sensitive, "quacky" filter sweep.
Key Features:
• Sensitivity (Sens): Controls how hard you need to pick your guitar or bass to trigger the envelope filter sweep. Setting it higher makes the effect respond easily to soft touches.
• Peak: Acts as a resonance or "Q" control, determining the sharpness, color, and intensity of the frequency peak.
• Up / Down Switch: Changes the direction of the filter sweep. The "Up" mode sweeps from low to high frequencies (favored by most players for keeping high-end detail), while "Down" reverses the sweep.
