The GP-5 proved that small can be mighty. The GP-50 embraces a slightly larger footprint to unlock even bigger potential. It comes loaded with a 1450 mAh rechargeable battery, a bright color display, a brand new user interface, more knobs and footswitches, and an expanded set of connections. Every upgrade is designed to give players more control and more creative freedom. At Valeton, we listen closely to what musicians ask for, and the GP-50 delivers exactly that.
Compact size, full performance
Even with all the upgrades, the GP-50 stays lightweight and travel-ready at just 430 grams. Housed in a rugged metal chassis with an internal battery, it still fits in the palm of your hand. This is a true full-featured multi-effects unit condensed into the size of a standard stompbox. Use it standalone with its complete signal chain, drop it onto a pedalboard, or power it by DC, USB, or the built-in battery. With more than 100 high-quality effects based on advanced modeling, up to 9 modules in a chain, and flexible routing options, you can dial in world-class sounds in seconds. It comes with 55 factory presets and 45 user slots so you can start playing right away or save your own custom creations.
Your all in one creative tool
More than just effects, the GP-50 doubles as an audio interface, drum machine, looper, and tuner. It also shines as a platform for third-party files. As an IR loader, it stores up to 20 cabinet IRs, and with Valeton’s new SnapTone technology, you can convert and load up to 80 Neural Amp Models. The unit ships with 50 SnapTone files ready to go. Drop the GP-50 into your pedalboard setup and it instantly expands your tonal arsenal.

Every detail of the GP-50 is built for musicians. A larger 1.77-inch full color screen makes navigation crystal clear. The redesigned user interface is intuitive and packed with practical functions. Gradient-style footswitches improve feel and can be customized for different tasks, with colour rings showing status at a glance. Expanded I/O ensures you are ready for any gig or recording session.
Take control, your way
The GP-50 dramatically expands hands-on control. With its new layout, you can switch up to 6 modules on and off, set tempo and sync parameters, and record loops directly from the unit. Additional footswitch and expression pedal inputs let you extend its reach.
MIDI support opens even more control options.
Built-in BT 5.0 connects wirelessly to your phone or tablet for tone editing, backing tracks, or firmware updates.
