The Sälen models have been highly acclaimed and used by guitar players who wanted all the benefits of the groundbreaking Boden models but in a slightly more traditional looking package with a single cutaway. There was just one missing feature that had been requested for years: tremolo. Finally, the Sälen is available with the EGS Pro Rev 7 tremolo bridge and dual humbuckers that Sälen players have been requesting for exceptional versatility as well as topflight performance.
In addition to these new features, the Sälen Classic NX 6 Tremolo Black also features an arm bevel for greater playing comfort. Featuring a solid Okoume body for a warm yet punchy acoustic character coupled with quartersawn Maple EndurNeck™ and Birdseye Maple fretboard and our specially designed OEM humbucker pickups wound to our specifications, the Sälen Classic NX 6 Tremolo Black is capable of covering musical genres and styles ranging from metal and classic rock to pop and jazz. The Sälen is no longer Boden’s kid brother anymore. It has arrived as a model that stands on its own as an instrument that covers all musical bases.
